Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thigh and legs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely chop the cloves of garlic, the green onions, and the cilantro.
  • separate the thighs and legs and leave the skin on—season with salt and pepper.
  • Use a knife to make small insitions into the chicken so the ingredients penetrate throughout the chicken.
  • In a bowl, combine the vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, garlic, cilantro, and green onions, and set 1/4 cup of the mix aside.
  • Pour the mix over the chicken into a plastic bag and rub it well. Let the chicken marinate for about an hour
  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
  • Place the marinated chicken on a baking pod. And place it in the oven.
  • After 15 minutes, open the oven and varnish the chicken with the mixture you set aside.
  • Close the oven and wait for 15 more minutes. Repid the varnishing and turn the chicken pieces over so it cooks evenly.
  • Wait 5 more minutes and check that the internal temperature of the chicekn have reached 165 °F.
  • Change the oven setting to broil aand broiil the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes until it is golben
  • Let the chicken sit for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy!!
