- 2 Hass avocado or 1 Bruce avocado
- 2 tbsp Finely diced red onion
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp Minced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
