How to make

Step 1: Season your pork chops with salt and pepper to taste

Step 2

In a bowl, add all the ingredients: Apricot chunks with the syrup, sugar, garlic powder, cooking wine, and vinegar. And combine

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook your pork chops as you usually would in a pan

Step 4

Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they are nicely browned and cooked through. Do not aover cook them, they can get saggy.

Step 5

Remove the cooked chops from the skillet and set them aside on a plate, covering them loosely with foil to keep them warm

Step 6

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the ingredients you mixxed to the bowl to make the glaze.

Step 7

Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly and becomes glossy

Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the apricot glaze over them.

Step 9

Serve the pan-fried pork chops with the apricot glaze, spooning any remaining glaze from the skillet over the top
